We have a policy of employing apprentices whenever possible as we feel this is the best way for our various skill sets to be past down to the younger generations.
We have a select number of subcontractors we regularly use for our projects. This enables us to get consistency with workmanship and reliability. If you don't have a good set of subcontractors for your project, it makes for a difficult project.
