The key personnel at IPM are all full time employees. We believe this is the best way to obtain greater reliability, develop broader skills though combined experiences, and create a work ethic and culture within the business that is sustainable and to ensure we deliver the best outcome for our clients.
Pat is a qualified carpenter and builder. He has an enormous amount of experience due to the range of work he has done over the years. His hands on approach ensures he is always involved in the day to day running of the projects.
Christian has been employed for over 10 years now and has a leading role in the business. He runs our small contracts division, IPM Services. His reputation amongst past clients is excellent and approach to tasks at hand is practical and efficient.
Nick has previously spent 15 years in Canada where he learnt his carpentry and building trade and heads up the residential side of the business. Due to his experience overseas, he adds to the diversity of the company with different building techniques and ideas.
JP is also a qualified carpenter and mainly works with Christian in the IPM Services side of the business. On occasion we required JP to help with the larger jobs. To have this flexibility within the business is very valuable. His work ethic is second to none.
Manu and Alex are our full time painters. Both Italians, they mastered their trade in Italy before emigrating to Australia and are both excellent painters. It was becoming increasingly difficult to get the quality of painting required for our work via subcontracting. Now that we have these two full time, we can be assured the workmanship is of the highest standard.
We have a policy of employing apprentices whenever possible as we feel this is the best way for our various skill sets to be past down to the younger generations. Pats son Orlando is the latest apprentice soon to become a carpenter.
We have a select number of subcontractors we regularly use for our projects. This enables us to get consistency with workmanship and reliability. If you don't have a good set of subcontractors for your project, it makes for a difficult project.
